In-Store Pickup is the only shipping method available for orders placed through a Card Kingdom Portal Kiosk, and is one of several shipping options available during checkout on cardkingdom.com


For orders placed on cardkingdom.com:

After you place your order you will get an email confirming your order has been placed and that fulfillment has started on your order. Once the order is packaged, you will receive a separate email including the date your order will first be available for pickup. Visit the store within 14 days of the available date with a valid ID to claim your order at the Seattle Retail Counter. Once your order has been picked up, you will receive another email to confirm it has been picked up.


For orders placed through a Card Kingdom Portal Kiosk:

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. Either visit the store in person or call the location in advance to request that your order be pulled. A Retail associate will pack your order, and your cards will be released after payment is complete.
